On the “Xiushui movement

Whether the “Xiushui movement" existed or not is still in dispute. On the basis of the new data obtained from regional geological surveys coupled with previous research results and various laboratory measuring data, the authors focus on this basic problem in northern Jiangxi. They conclude that the existence of the “Xiushui movement" is untenable and propose a depositional model of conglomerate.
