Abstract: The status and features of geological information services of four developed countries, namely, the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Australia, are systematically analyzed based on the investigation and study of the main geological survey organizations of the four countries. The authors hope that this analysis may be used as reference for the establishment of a geological information sharing and service system in China.
